🔧 Build, scale, and optimize self-serve ETL frameworks (batch + streaming)
📊 Own ETL workflows with a focus on data quality and availability
📁 Integrate schema registries and build end-to-end data lineage
🤝 Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, and Product Engineering teams
🛡️ Contribute to data governance, design, and security
🧑🏫 Mentor junior engineers and elevate team capabilities
✅ What You’ll Bring
🗓️ 5+ years building and deploying production-grade data pipelines
📈 Experience with data observability and pipeline metrics
🏢 3+ years working with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Teradata
💻 Strong in Python, Java, or SQL
☁️ Hands-on with Airflow, Terraform, and cloud stacks (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
🔄 2+ years using Spark (AWS Glue), Flink, Kafka, or similar streaming tools
🤝 Track record of successful cross-functional partnerships
