💰 Pay: $15.75/hr (increases to $16.75/hr upon permanent hire)
⏰ Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Job Overview:
We are hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join a local manufacturing company specializing in transducers, instrument transformers, and voltage monitors. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and committed to reliability.
Responsibilities:
✔ Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and specifications
✔ Set up and organize workstations with necessary tools and components
✔ Identify and gather electrical and mechanical parts for assembly
✔ Ensure proper alignment and arrangement of core materials
✔ Connect electrical components using wiring and soldering techniques
✔ Assemble and seal enclosures using Sonic Welding equipment or other methods
✔ Inspect finished products for quality assurance
✔ Apply labels and markings according to specifications
✔ Collaborate with team members and communicate any challenges in the process
Requirements:
🔹 Ability to work with steel or nickel materials
🔹 Comfort handling chemicals like acetone and Loctite
🔹 Ability to differentiate colors (important for wire assembly)
🔹 High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required) – must be able to perform basic math
🔹 Vocational training in electrical or mechanical assembly is a plus
🔹 Soldering experience preferred but not required
🔹 Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing production schedules
🔹 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
