⏰ Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Machine Operator to join an innovative and fast-paced manufacturing team in Prineville, OR. If you're highly motivated, detail-oriented, and seeking career growth with great work-life balance and benefits, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
✔ Follow all safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment
✔ Read and execute production schedules to ensure efficiency
✔ Operate and adjust machinery according to production needs
✔ Gather and handle materials for continuous manufacturing
✔ Conduct quality control checks to meet product specifications
✔ Maintain accurate records of downtime and production progress
✔ Perform general housekeeping to keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
🔹 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
🔹 High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
🔹 Ability to pass background check and drug screening
🔹 Proficiency in basic math and measurement tools (tape measure, calipers)
🔹 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (kneeling, stooping, standing)
🔹 Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and forklifts
🔹 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
